We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have data and business analysis experience in technology, finance, venture capital, and related research domains. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, conducting companies research, and supporting the organization’s activities vis-à-vis global corporations and investors pursuing new opportunities.
Requirements
- Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field from a leading academic institution in Israel.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a similar role within venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- Business acumen and understanding of business needs.
- Resourcefulness and ability to study new domains.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on data extraction and analysis, identifying business trends and generating interesting and actionable insights.
- Work with the Business Development team engaging with global corporations seeking innovative technologies, products, and partnerships.
- Work with the Investors team engaging with global VCs and other organizations seeking investment opportunities.
- Evaluate startups technology, solutions, and financial state leveraging a variety of data sources including consulting with industry subjects matter experts.
- Demonstrate data insights and research conclusions via reporting and appropriate visualization methods.
- Present clear insights and conclusions to stakeholders.
