Description

We are seeking a highly resourceful and multifaceted SaaS Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the central hub for our product organization, you will be instrumental in ensuring our product initiatives are executed flawlessly. You will act as the trusted liaison between the product team and key stakeholders, both internal and external, streamlining processes and applying a "get it done" mentality to drive efficiency and operational excellence across the entire product lifecycle. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Operations, Product/ Project Management, or similar execution-focused roles in a SaaS or tech company.
  • A hard-working, curious, fast learner with a self-motivated mindset. You are comfortable working independently or in a team, impact-driven and versatile, with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making, combined with familiarity in applying AI tools to optimize processes and daily operational tasks. 
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is required. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics or an equivalent background is a significant advantage.
  • A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building impactful relationships and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering and sales. 
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize cross-functional processes that support the entire product lifecycle.

Experience with Project Management Office (PMO) best practices, including managing projects from scoping and piloting to engineering integration - an advantage

Responsibilities

Cross-Org Operations

  • Financial & Legal Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team to manage product budgets, spending, and vendor relationships. You will also partner with the Legal department to ensure all product developments are compliant with regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Internal Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration between the product team and other departments such as marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering to ensure alignment and unified goals.
  • External Partner Management: Act as a key liaison with external partners and expert vendors, including data scientists, to ensure effective collaboration and enhance the product.
  • HR Partnership: Partner with HR to define roles, identify skill gaps, and support training initiatives to build and develop a high-performing product team.
  • Product Events: Plan and execute product-related events, such as webinars and user conferences, in collaboration with Product Marketing to engage the market and drive adoption.

Data Operations

  • Data-Driven Reporting: Produce and distribute detailed reports on product performance, user feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data & Tools Management: Conduct dataset research, testing, and acquisition as part of project scoping and data preparation. You will also research, test, and apply data tools and contribute to the design and development of product and data dashboards using data visualization and analysis tools.


Product Operations

  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes to support the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management Execution: Oversee and manage product initiatives from end-to-end, including scoping, data preparation, piloting, and engineering integration121212.

Innovation & Research: Support Finder Labs with research, product explorations, testing, and project management to help tackle complex challenges and foster new business opportunities.
