Executive Assistant

Tel-Aviv Full-time position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Business Development team, focusing on international business relationships around innovation.

Who are we? Start-Up Nation Central (SNC) is an independent non-profit that builds bridges to Israeli innovation. We connect business, government, and NGO leaders around the world to Israeli innovation; we help develop technological sectors with high-growth potential; and we accumulate knowledge and generate in-depth insights about Israel’s innovation sector.

Working hours: 09:00-18:00

Location: Tel-Aviv

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing 3 VP calendars: arranging appointments and conference calls (both internal and external). Using judgement when scheduling meetings, determining purpose, urgency and minimum time required.
  • Assist during calls, follow-up emails, follow-up/kickoff calls, meeting summaries.
  • Managing correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive team.
  • Use CRMs, Salesforce, Teamwork, Slack, SAP and other platforms to document and keep track of progress and status of accounts, contacts, calls, presentations, event information, etc..
  • Basic research, and present results in a clear form
  • Ensuring all papers are prepared ahead of meetings, as necessary.
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements with the travel agent on behalf of the VPs and preparing complex international travel itineraries.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports on behalf of the VPs
  • Assisting with production of unique events and projects, as required.
