Global Partnerships Manager

Tel-Aviv Full-time position

We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who will proactively lead the organization’s strategic accounts and convert their encounters with the Israeli ecosystem into tangible commercial value.

The Global Partnerships Manager will be expected to build, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, with multinational corporations and global entities looking to connect with the Israeli innovation ecosystem. The position requires the ability to identify the corporation’s needs and “pain-points” and match them with made-in-Israel solutions, operating models, innovation structures, Start-Up Nation Central activities, and wider ecosystem initiatives.

Start-Up Nation Central is the address for corporations, governments, and investors to connect with the Israeli tech ecosystem. We catalyze growth opportunities by bringing Israeli tech innovation to global business and societal challenges. Established in 2013 and headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Start-Up Nation Central is a not-for-profit organization funded by philanthropy.

 Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Director of Global Partnerships.
  • Translating clients’ business challenges into tangible goals.
  • Plan an annual account growth strategy for each client with defined KPIs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Host C-level delegations.
  • Liaise with service providers as well as with internal teams to ensure business success.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience with international customers or at a global corporation (or any equivalent background).
  • Customer success manager/account management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Israeli tech ecosystem.
  • Fluent English is a must (verbal and written).
  • Degree in Business Development, Law, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, projects, and relationships simultaneously.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • A Self-starter and hard worker person who knows how to work in a team.

Strong public speaking skills and good stage presence.
