Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Strategic Programs Manager to join our Marketing Team and contribute to building Start-Up Nation Central’s world-class events programs. The Strategic Programs Manager will create, develop and lead memorable experiences and promotional events for long-term engagement and relationships with Start-Up Nation Central’s audiences.

You will be responsible for spearheading a variety of events, ranging from meetups to exhibition booths and multi-day global conferences . This includes strategizing, planning, producing, and hosting Start-Up Nation Central’s events. As part of Start-Up Nation Central’s marketing team, you will work together with the organization’s key stakeholders from cross-departmental teams to determine key events, handle them from strategy to production to execution, while always keeping in mind the value to attendees and to Start-Up Nation Central.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-organization teams to understand event needs and design appropriate frameworks and programs.
  • Responsible for event production from start to finish, from ideation, concept development, content to execution: including pre-event goal setting, vendor negotiations and management, logistics, venue and online platforms, budget and after-event analysis.
  • Analyze, track, and report on event value and ROI based on predetermined parameters.
  • Build relationships with Start-Up Nation Central customers, partners, and sponsors.
  • EOwn the event program budget

Requirements

  • 3+ years in event management, in one of the leading event production companies
  • Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Creative, unconventional thinker capable of making decisions, being assertive, and directing others.
  • Great communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to be a team player.
  •  Highly organized with proven project management abilities.
  • Fluent English.
