Product Marketing Manager


As product marketing manager at Start-Up Nation Central, you are an experienced marketing professional with the ability to take ownership of the go-to-market strategy and thought leadership relating to Start-Up Nation Central’s offerings and in particular for our Finder platform.  

In your role as Product Marketing Manager, you will develop a product messaging strategy across all channels and personas, as well as implement marketing plans for new product launches.  

Candidates should have a background in B2B marketing and samples of high-quality content for technology products and features.

 Start-Up Nation Central is a non-profit organization that connects Israeli innovation to the world in order to help international entities solve global challenges. We provide a platform that nurtures business growth and generates partnerships with key countries, multinational companies, and organizations to strengthen Israel's economy and society. 

Our flagship product is the Finder Innovation Business platform, a free online platform for identifying and engaging Israeli tech organizations based on customers' specific interests, with additional offerings currently in the product pipeline. 



  • Product positioning and messaging that engages customers and followers, including case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts with a focus on the Finder product.
  • Implement go to market strategies launching novel solutions, services, and features, across online and offline channels.
  • Build a product marketing plan with clear KPIs increasing user engagement and conversion to active users. 
  • Brief the press and PR team on key new developments. 
  • Be the marketing intelligence expert on user personas, where to find them, how to engage them, and how to lead them to action. 
  • Work together with the marketing team and other Start-Up Nation Central teams to identify opportunities and extend the organization’s reach.


  • Minimum 6 years product marketing/marketing experience to global markets 
  • Education - BA in related discipline required, MBA preferred 
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and differentiating internal and external marketing strategies in a global market  
  • Experience in developing and communicating compelling thought leadership  
  • Product Marketing and Marketing in a B2B setting  
  • Experience presenting to all levels of management and external audiences 
  • Fluent written and spoken English
