Digital Marketing Manager


Overview:

Are you an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager? Then we need your help to plan, manage, oversee, and execute our digital strategy, programs, assets, campaigns and initiatives.

You will be part of SNC’s marketing team and will work with all SNC’s departments to lead and manage all the digital aspects of these activities, and report and analyze their outcome.

Start-Up Nation Central is a non-profit organization that helps tackle global challenges by connecting Israeli technologies with multinational corporations, governments, investors, as well as NGOs from around the world.


Responsibilities

  • Take part in the strategy, planning and execution of all digital aspects of SNC’s organizational goals and our marketing plan, initiatives, and programs
  • Work closely with all SNC departments to plan and implement digital programs to support their digital marketing needs to bring results
  • Work closely with our vendors to create, maintain, update and upgrade our websites, mini sites and other digital assets
  • Manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo), create, execute and analyze campaigns and programs
  • Work with SEO/SEM vendors
  • Lead SM team on strategizing, planning and execution of campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns with reporting dashboards for internal teams
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing experience in international high-tech companies.
  •  Fluent in English
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing
  • Experience leading new website creation processes - from ideation to implementation
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  •  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and SFDC
  • Understanding of user-funnel & lead management
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  •  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media and measurement
