Yael Weisz Zilberman

As ClimateTech Sector Lead at Start-Up Nation Central, Yael develops opportunities for connecting global players with Israeli tech solutions that help them meet their sustainability and broader impact targets. This includes engaging multinational corporations, investors, accelerators and landing pads from around the world that are interested in attracting Israeli innovation to their markets. In addition, Yael screens and monitors the Israeli tech ecosystem for solutions that can help address the climate change challenge and the U.N Sustainability Development Goals agenda, creating opportunities for strengthening this sector. Prior to joining Start-Up Nation Central, Yael established a European philanthropic fund that promotes healthcare and education access. Yael holds an MBA from IDC, the Interdisciplinary Center, Hertzliya, and is a graduate of the IDCBeyond sustainability entrepreneurship program.
