November was a particularly strong month for the Israeli tech ecosystem, with startups raising a total of $1.4 billion across 33 private funding rounds. The month’s activity was led by Armis’ $435 million round, followed by AAI Technologies ($200 million) and Wonderful ($100 million), which completed two fundraising rounds within the same year. Tenzai, a relatively new startup developing an “AI Hacker” platform, closed a record-breaking $75 million Seed round.
Among public companies, Enlivex Therapeutics, a Nasdaq-listed biopharma firm, stood out by securing a $212 million PIPE deal to support its RAIN prediction-markets token treasury strategy.
M&A activity was equally dynamic, totaling $2.1 billion across 13 transactions. The largest was Axon’s $625 million acquisition of Carbyne, a homeland security company. Other notable deals included the acquisitions of Locusview for $525 million and Orbit Communication Systems for $356 million.
